It will be simultaneous. But it would not suprise me if it came to 360 first and then PS3 :D on ps3 one day earlier. It`s a contract of timed exclusivity. 1 Day - also time-exclusive. 
PS3 has a lot of BIG exclusive games, while x360 not that much, and loosing any of them would make x360 less attractive.
What PS3 games are exclusive to the PS3 again? I can only think of 2-3 games that are still PS3 exclusive that aren't Sony published.
IMO, I'd assume that it's either a Capcom game, or Bioshock that's coming to PS3. The MS published games are safe like ME, GoW, ect.
However, I wonder if the games will be more in the vein of games like Left 4 Dead and Frontlines: Fuel of War that are coming to PS3 as well, as both games are PC/360 already.
