This lawsuit has no chance. Miyamoto originally conceived the idea for motion controls on November 5, 1995 when he slipped and bumped his head while standing on his toilet to hang a clock:
"That was the day I invented motion controls. I remember it vividly. I was standing on the edge of my toilet hanging a clock, the porcelain was wet, so I slipped, fell, hit my head on the sink, and when I came to... I had a vision! A revelation! A picture in my head! A picture of this... this is what makes motion control possible... The Wiimote." - Shigeru Miyamoto
