The graphics ,if good, enhances the experience greatly, but it does not stay with the gamer for long after he/she beats the game. music, on the other hand, has the lasting impact. SMB is the best possible example of that.
Eg. Are the visuals of Crysis more memorable than the music of SMG?
"The accumulated filth of all their sex and murders will foam up about their waist and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout "Save us!"...
....and I'll look down and whisper "no."
