I do find the gravity levels on stage 7 and stage 10 to be somewhat annoying though b/c you no longer have complete control over a jump. And when gravity changes at the worst time it is frustrating. Only got 3 spectra on garden 7 and only 2 on garden 10 so far.
100k pollen was a challenge but zero wasted pollen was actually really easy.
Here's my tip for zero wasted pollen: All you have to do is jump into the pollen prowlers and hold down X when you jump into them. This will net you all of their pollen immediately. Just don't combo too many then this tip won't work. I did 1-2 at a time. It works best going for 1.
