I agree.
Regarding the porting. FFXII took 7 months to realease in the US after it's Japanese release. So if we assume they took the same approach as they're taking with XIII and didn't start localizing until after XII was released, we can assume it would take at least as long to localize... or longer; especially if they started localizing XII before the Japanese release. I'm assuming they are confident that they can port the game to the 360 in the same time that it will take to localize the game.
