Forums - Gaming Discussion - What Game Are You Best At?

We've all played many different games over the year. Games are all about skill. Naturally we are better at some games than others but which game are you absolutely best at? It could be multiplayer or singleplayer? A game you know so intimately that you consider yourself a pro.

Rocket League. Still in the top 1%. But I wouldn't consider myself a pro. That's the job of the 0.01%.

I havnt been really good for many years now. But I used to be very good at RTS games.

Came in 2nd place at Dreamhack 2001 in 1on1 Broodwar, Top 5 in the EU ladder in WC3 during 2002-2003, 2nd place in DOTA 3 years in a row at Dreamhack 2004-2006, and managed to be in master league in SC2 before grand master was a thing.

But since the arrival of my first born in late 2012 I havnt had the dedicated time to stay really good. I'm a has been :>

Mostly Single Player stuff that I've been playing since I was kid.
Sonic Adventure 2 and Sonic Heroes come to mind.

Either Crysis 2 or Battlefield 3 I guess. Crysis 2 the clan I used to play with pretty much was the most dominant experience in gaming I've ever had. We were all so dialed in to that game, we'd literally get mad about dying once or twice throughout a whole match. I'm fairly certain that we were partly responsible for death of that game on 360, cus we no lifed it so hard, and I wouldn't hold it against anybody who played against us to just say fuck it and quit.

Battlefield 3 we weren't on that kind of level, but we did win a UK based tournament on 360 in our second try, and I was team captain for that, which was pretty cool.

Helldivers. Not using any cheats, exploits and macros.

Hunting Season is done...

I used to beat Punch Out!! with my hands behind my back. Heh. Why, you ask? Because games used to be expensive and really short so I beat the same games over and over on a daily basis. Also, so I could say that I beat a particular game "with my hands behind my back" in a condescending way if it were to ever come up--which, sadly, it never did.

Street Fighter games. I don't think I'm super amazing like the pros but I'd probably be decent enough to put up a challenge.

I guess I was top 5% in League of Legends. Still not very good.

I'm better than average at racing.
