As I know myself, I'll probably keep the normal Switch and just add a Switch Lite to my collection.

Don't intend to. The advantages it has as a handheld aren't nearly enough to make me get one in addition to the current model. And I'm not selling my current and losing the ability to dock.
I *may* pick up a Switch Lite, but as it stands, I have two Switches already and personally have no issues with the D-pad, nor the size.
Switch Lite doesn't offer enough advantages over the original, in my opinion. Battery life needs to be significantly improved to be fully worth the buy, or else they need to introduce the ability for family members to simultaneously play digital downloads online, for me to consider another purchase. Though the Pokemon edition system is absolutely gorgeous.

That thread title should be ban worthy.
In all seriousness, nah.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
If you already have a Switch I'm not really sure why you would pick up a Switch Lite, unless you're a collector of course. I thought the Lite model would be smaller so it could fit in a (reasonably sized) pocket but from what I can see it's close to the same form factor.
If I buy it, it would be only to add it to my collection, or maybe to get my girlfriend to play a bit (she's a big fan of Yamper, one of the new pokemons).
Otherwise, i don't see the point.
Nope.
Switch Lite is like GBA vs GBA Micro; it doesn't serve any purpose that the original does not; except being smaller, but in Switch's case, not dramatically so, on top of losing features.
Definitely not. Will wait for Switch Pro
My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.
