Probably because of several factors:

1. Piggybacking on the the Avengers Movies and MCU in general.

2. The 2 predecessors were pretty good brawlers. Those who played them certainly seem to like this one, too.

3. It's releasing in a month, so the preorder period is rather short now.

KH3 is surviving E3 week worldwide. Highest ranking is 26 in Italy. Good stuff.

FF7R is dominating, especially at 1 and 2 in JP.

Why is bloodstained releasing so late on switch. Going by Amazon it seems like it's going to be the best selling version of the game.

Probably the production of the cartridges took longer than expected, or some other such hiccup. On the other hand, the DLC comes out first on Switch, and a bit later on the other consoles - though both come 10 days after the PC version. To quote the backer's e-mail:

We have a slight delay to announce for the availability of the “Iga’s Back Pack” DLC on consoles. The DLC will be available:

  •  June 18, 2019 on PC (Steam & GoG)
  • June 28, 2019 on Switch
  • July 3, 2019 on Playstation 4 and Xbox One

So yeah, that balances it at least a bit out

I saw the first page..... I looked at the top50 hourly rankings.

What did I notice? NOT 1 Single XBOX ONE game in the top50.
Then I checked the next 50 (the top100) and there at #99 there is GTA V for XB1.

Wow.... XB1 barely has 1 single game in the top100 on amazon atm.

And it's racing up the charts. 8 in the monthly and 43 in the yearly charts already...

Since last time, I only found a single xbox game at top100, I decided to check again today...
There actually was not 1 single xbox one game in the top100 on amazon.

Games in top100 (hourly):
Switch : 18
PS4 : 8
XB1: 0

Switch sells tons of physical software on amazon.
