No what happens is ah this product comes from the US and gets tariffed up. Thats why cars produced in europe/ asia even if it be american cars dont get that product tariff

They get send there on behalf of the company who owns them, making them an import from the country where that company is from, and in Microsoft's case, that's the US. Like I said, they don't have to ever have touched american soil to be legally considered imports from the US.
