I don't get it either. Is it the killer clowns? I expected something more terrifying after the note first appeared...

You know it deserves the GOTY.

I assume it’s the ax murderer.

This is the most childish game I have seen from Nintendo in sometime, and to think I was ashamed to be playing Astro bot, Mario and Pixel ripped VR recently. I would not be able to unironically play this if every last person on earth was dead but me, it'd cause a great shame to fester deep in my soul.

Since when is fun childish?  I was watching this thinking about how I kinda wanna pick it up now, so yeah I can't say I get what you mean.

I mean...it's spooky at best.

Feel bad for the kids? They have access to the internet, I am sure most of them saw the NZ video shooting already so this ain't gonna phase them one bit.

The moments when i open the eshop and see the prices of the games

I couldn't find a clip, but there was this moment on Guar Plains in Xenoblade where I approached a cliff, and two GIANT spiders quietly climbed over onto the surface and scared the holy Valhalla out of me!

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

Pokemon xy had a creepy moment in lumiose city where the music stops a girl appears, floats over to you says that your not the one she's looking for and then disappears. It has no build up and comes out of no where.
In pikmin 2 I remember a part where a giant spider enemy falls from the sky, in an area that I had travelled through loads of time, close to the landing area. Genuinely made me jump out of my seat.
A bit in metroid prime 3 when I opened a door and the dead body of an alien falls through it. I was rushing through the door and wasn't expecting it.

How about in Super Mario Sunshine where Mario has to do dental work on a giant eel?

Okay, now I was scared of this as a kid, the eel boss and Noki Bay in general.
