Ciconia no Naku Koro Ni. It's the fifth Visual Novel in the When They Cry universe.

I don't know any friend who is hyped for this game.

Never heard of it. I know of Higurash, and Umineko but not that.

Are they related?

Well, Higurashi and Umineko have similar themes and events, like the murder mystery, the plot that loops, and some recurring characters. But overall, you don't need to play one to understand the other.

I actually watched the anime version of Higurashi, and played the Umineko VN. Both are amazing, so I have good expectations for Ciconia.

Dragon Quest Builders 2 on Switch.

Granblue Fantasy Re: Link

I would've mentioned this but it got a decent amount of votes in last month's Most Wanted thread and I've seen a lot of people excited for it in other sites like Resetera.

I'd say Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, there is some hype but not nearly enough in my opinion. It's shaping up to be perhaps one of the most entertaining and deepest RPG/strategy experiences in modern gaming. Can't wait for it to release!

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III. Been waiting for this one to come to west for years now, but not many people seem to mention it.

I've seen it mentioned before, but I haven't heard the first thing about what it's about. What is it? Some kind of RPG? Is it like the Tales Of series?

Fire Emblem Three Houses: I personally like what I am seeing so far, even if the presentation and promotion for the game is a bit uneven. Nevertheless, Xenoblade 2 kinda suffered from a rather mixed marketing campaign prior to having its own Direct, but was able to be the best-selling game in the Xeno franchise's history. I think Fire Emblem Three Houses will be fine.

Daemon x Machina: Not sure if the demo itself moved a lot of people.. Still excited to play it as I like mechs.
