If it was anyone other than Ubisoft, no.

But Ubisoft has a lot of manpower, so yes, if they make it a priority as I do believe they will they will aim for early 2020 release.

You're probably right that it's too early, but I want to believe. More than likely it's cross-gen launch release with PS5/Xbox Two.
