Yeah, that's what I meant by different enough. A battle royale shooter, but other than that it's different.
And you only have so many hours in a day, so if you really enjoy both, you may be spending notably less time with Fortnite compared to before.

I’ve seen streamers playing Apex and having more viewers by themselves than Fortnite has in total. Wonder how long they’ll keep playing. Could be part of their supporter deal.

Viewers are money. I doubt many will break away and go back. At least until some hype has settled down.
