That's right, If life on the home planet of the alien is based on different Amino acids than life on Earth, we would be probably immune to all diseases the alien might have. You have to be careful about the ph-value of the alien genitals because it could potentially be very painful
Considering that there's millions of other species on this earth and I'm not attracted to any of them. I doubt adding alien species to the mix would change much.

That's not really how immune systems work. You're FAR more likely to be very vulnerable to whatever diseases they may have, assuming they can work in our biology which is questionable in itself.

That's what I meant, the alien viruses and bacteria could possibly not work at all in our biology.

Love, peace and violence are nature of a sentient species.While cultures would be different, I dont think aliens would be all that different.
