I think you missed the part where only 1 out 5 is actually a British student in those Universities

The second list only ranks by popularity, not any academic virtue

The other 4 become citizens eventually.

Search Google yourself. I pulled the top 2 results. Switzerland does well and France makes an appearance here and there but most are US, UK.

I know of 6 persons from Luxembourg where I was born who studied in the UK but none of them even in their wildest dreams intended to stay in the UK, even though 4 of them were either British or half British. Don't expect those who come to study at a prestigious British University to actually want to stay there, they just want their diploma with the fancy school name on it to better their chances on the employment market.

Democracy does work, but not with one side telling mostly lies and misleading people.

NHS is getting 384M instead of the 350M promised on the bus. How's that recession and 500k job losses working out?

Remind us again who was misled.

Uk should stay in the EU. EU needs to have no borders. African population is expected to double to 2.4 billion by 2050. Taxes on Western countries needs to be raised to 80% on everyone to support African population increases. We are selfishly wasting money on such things as gaming while people starve.

People voted to leave so a hard Brexit is what United Kingdom should do. Supporting a new election just because you didn't get the result you wanted is ridiculous and no it was not the russians or misleading campaigns that made people vote to Leave. The people of britain were sick and tired of all the immigrants coming from rest of the EU. They want them out.

A hard brexit next year is what we all should hope happen than UK can deal with any problems then if they arise.

Wanna link some proof to that? Also I don't think France is doing well losing billions in its 5th week of protest.

India is not far behind us either.

That is not a source, it's a speculation piece. United kingdom is still ranked 5 in the world.

Brexit will make us all poorer, lose the ability to work and travel freely.

At this point no deal will get through.

I would love to see how the Leavers reaction to them getting poorer, then blaming it on EU somehow.

Whatever leave deal goes through, we are still going to be poorer.

Oh so you've got your receipt  you bought the fear mongering  already we've been told food would be cheaper on WTO Tariffs

Did you buy it when they said "simply by voting leave we would go into a recession" and would lose 1 million jobs, when in reality we gained employment  had growth much higher than expected

Our relatively low trade deals with U.S. and Canada etc are in direct relation to the restrictions imposed on us by EU regulation. If we leave the EU with no deal it will end up worse for them long term. It may take 3-4 years but we will end up with better more profitable deals worldwide and without having to pay massive EU subsidies.

God i hope a hard brexit scenario comes to pass, ill review this thread and laugh even harder

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.
