Cyber Monday is still a part of December according to VGChartz. The January 2018 NPD was 5 weeks long, while VGChartz kept it at 4 weeks. This means that for the rest of the year, VGChartz months are shifted one week back when compared to NPD.

Hmm.. so the X1 sold 1.67 WW and 1.34m of those was in U.S. alone...

That would live us with ~330k  for the rest of the world.  And we already know that it sold close to 90K in BF week in UK alone.

Which would live us with ~240K for the other three weeks in UK (and 4 weeks for the rest of the world).

Am I really the only one who find this to be HIGHLY unlikely?

Like I said, it's probably due for some adjustments

5'2M for NS -> 16'2M end of the year
3'7M for PS4 -> 18'0M end of the year
1'5M for XBO -> 7'1M end of the year

Seems like Switch will win another December, but will still end lower accumulated year.

And PS4 and X1 will be considerably down versus Switch almost certainly up.

Yup. The PS4 and X1 are past their peaks. Next year will be worse for them. 

They had a great run. Especially the PS4. Which should still clear 100M easy and probably be at like 110M by the time the PS5 is released. Well, depending on if the PS5 comes in march 2020 or november 2020.

And still PS4 is outdoing Sony projections so price cuts are still unlikely. Xbox we can't say much because they never say how much they want to sell and ended up selling, and they also reduced their aggresiviness on price cuts.

We are on that time of a gen that probably next year all talk on the leading sales for most weeks will be Switch. And we start gearing up to next gen. 

I hope they don’t make the same mistake as last gen and refuse to cut price.  PS3 could have reached well beyond its final sales if it had been $200 for the last year or two of its life

PS4- 3.1m
XBO- 1.6m
SW- 4m

Well if the cut makes the total profit lower there is no point in doing it.
