Times change and, with the rise of digital sales on consoles, it makes sense to move with the times.

It's a bit sad but, at the end of the day, it's better for all to have reliable numbers.

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

It is a little sad because it feels like the end of an era, but I'm glad the staff is working hard to make the most of this transition.

So we will get updates when NPD releases numbers i assume?

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

Interesting stuff. Regarding the extra 6 months of silver I get: That's pretty sweet. I was kinda looking forward to upgrading to gold when my year was up in Feb though! It's a net gain tho, and I can buy one small hq pizza with the savings.

Good decision. Excited to see this implemented.

A changing site for a changing market....
Best of luck in 2019!

This is actually kind of sad.Its completely understandable and probably the best course of action to take, but its still sad that VGC dosent have enough sources to keep having software estimations.

Keep up the good work guys!

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

Sounds like a plan. Looking forward to what it looks like next year. We truly appreciate all that you guys do!

Could the site go back to compiling and listing the Media Create Charts for Japan? Those are relatively consistent and accurate. Would be a waste not to at least show them somewhere on the site.
