I'm still focused on modding original hardware to use RGB/HDMI rather than buying these classics. But I may have a change of heart who knows. The fact that you can add games to the nes/snes classics if you have the roms makes getting these classics for non physical collectors a pretty viable option. My problem is even though the emulation is much better than the weak ass virtual consoles it's still not equal to original hardware or fpga solutions from Analogue.

We'll see maybe the full reveal will show that the PS1 classic has an online store, or there's some way to add game packs, or that different versions of the classic will have different game pack-ins. I'm curious if the expansion bay on the back left of the PS1 classic is for show or hides something useful.
