If you require alcohol to have fun, then you have a problem

Get jacked and get tattoos and brag about how great you are. Any guys who look out of shape or skinny and tries to argue with you. Do you even lift, bro? I have six pack abs, you are so jealous! You look mad! (Repeat this over and over.)

Go gym nearly every day, also play Rugby. I consider myself responsibly fit.

I jog 15min a day, and do 30 - 60min of weights almost everyday. Also do a lot of VR. Stuff like Superhot, MLB Homerun Derby, Creed: Rise to Glory, and Knockout League can really get the blood pumping and the sweat pouring. Not were I want to be, but 5'8", 149.5 pounds, and 12% body fat is better than I was 10 years ago. At 20, I was 5'8", 115 pounds, and 6% body fat. At least I don't look like a skeleton in pictures anymore.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.

A month of strength training and I see no results. I do extra cardio for a month I lose weight and gain fitness.
I see nothing wrong with distance running, cycling to shred body fat and get leaner look and eating clean diet of fresh fruits and vegetables and lean protein. Calorie deficit reduces body weight. The lower the body weight, the less body fat.

A month of gym strength training and I did not look any different. No way near like Arnold from his Predator/Terminator days and no way near Sly from his Rocky/Rambo days. Month of so much pain from strength training and no gains at all. A month of distance running and cycling, I lost 5 pounds: 165 pounds down to 160 pounds and improved cardio fitness. Distance and cycling is more to my liking and I enjoy maintaining decent cardio fitness. I do not see the point in strength training, I am not going to star in Hollywood movies or become a professional athlete so there is no need to hurt so much for no gains.

Never. Most of my time goes into studying.

And as a result, I'm in VERY bad shape. I'm 6'2, but at the same time I look like a praying mantis, and only weigh 155 pounds. And it's not like I don't eat a sufficient amount. Infact, I struggle to even gain weight for some reason.

Bet with Intrinsic:

The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.

3-4 times per week, weights and cardio

Not as much as I used to.

Initially around late 2010 I noticed my physical fitness and weight taking a noticeable decline, and sort of got a rude wakeup call that being in my mid 20s at the time I could no longer eat anything and everything I wanted. So I went on a pretty intense regimen for the better part of 5 years, and bascially incinerated 30+ pounds in 6 months. I basically did 5 days a week, 1.5 hours each session, mixing cardio and strength.

I managed to keep off most of the weight for the 5 years. Kinda stopped working out when taking a job stocking overnight at Mariano's for 2 years, as that basically WAS my new workout. But when I quit that in early '17 I pretty much fell back off the rails, as my job was the only thing keeping my weight off, and ended up gaining back most of the 30 lbs I lost.

Pretty disheartening but I got no one but myself to blame. Back to like 195 now (5'11), and I'd like to take another 25-30 lbs off, but it's gonna be tough with my weaker metabolism as I'm now well into my 30s. I've been doing maybe 2 days a week on an exercise bike + strength (dumbbells, abs, and leg exercises) but I'm aiming to get that back up to 4 days per week.

Does playing Beat Saber and Knockout League count?

Official member of VGC's Nintendo family, approved by the one and only RolStoppable. I feel honored.

When I was younger I worked out twice a week. Since I my skin itches really strongly when I sweat a lot (even after a I take a shower), I had to stop it.
