Quite a few to add I see, I'll do so later today or tomorrow

Mecco Tales (Platformer shoot em up): Reminiscent of Mega Man, with charming graphics and music. Unfortunately the gamepkay is a bit shoddy: enemies soak up dozens of shots which gets rather boring, and the character uses hovering robot companions as his guns, which hurts your precision since the bot trails your moves by a bit. You can lock the bots to your position by holding down one of the bumper buttons, but it is a bit fatiguing. This one goes on sale all the time for just one or two dollars, at which price it is well worth a look.
3/5 - wait for a sale

Tumblestone (Puzzle): This is like an inverted match 3 game where you must destroy blocks hanging from the ceiling 3 at a time. If you canmot find three blocks of the same colour, then it is either game over, or in certain modes you will take a penalty. I was hoping for an action packed game like Tetris, and there is a pretty fun marathon mode, but the story mode plays like a pure puzzle game, where you will only get ahead by carefully planning out your moves in advance. I find story mode kind of dull/frustrating, so I tend to only pop this one on when i am bored. This one goes on sale quite often.
3/5 - Tetris fans beware

Valkyria Chronicles (Tactical RPG) - 5/5 - Loved the demo for 4 and so I picked up 1 as it was so much cheaper (8000y vs 2000y). It's a fantastic game, the characters are good, the gameplay is great and the story's good too. Chapter 8 is destroying me (been stuck for two days), but it's still great.

Mega Man 11: classic gameplay combined with a unique twist for the series, hard as nails but with adjustable difficulty settings, great presentation. 5/5

But the question remains if this will be counted here because this game is e-shop-exclusive only in EU while other regions saw a physical release.

Doesn't matter at all if there was a physical release or not, or if it's a well-known game or series or not, I count them all. Just a bit on hiatus due to a month-long holiday trip. I still add games ratings, just takes longer than usual

Thanks for this thread, was just asking about some eShop recommendations as I got some eShop credit.

"We'll toss the dice however they fall,
And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."
