I liked seeing him laster mine into a deep cavern and then build a little multi-story settlement. The building aspect has my interest piqued, and the underwater exploration was also nice.

Wonder if Playstation base already being burnt on this game before and Xbox base getting it for the first time will make a big difference. Since Xbox doesn't have a whole lot happening right now and this'll be the first version they see, they might be more willing to give this a fair go.

Just watching the ship docking and exploration from Part 5 now. You can buy ships and manage a whole fleet as well as building inside the ships.

What's the early feedback like?

Aside from buying the game on launch day, for $80 CDN, and deciding to return it and wait for a price drop during the maelstrom negativity enveloping it's reception, I've always had a positive outlook on this game, and wanted to play it. I'm a tiny bit bummed I'll never get to experience it as it was. It looked like a good chill out game, and I watched Gribble play it on YT last summer a fair amount.

I'm still finding the gameplay loops pretty tedious.... concept is great and I appreciate the extra work they've put into it, but it just doesn't feel that interesting still.
