If you are happy with the Switch not breaking out of the kid/party/family/indie sphere of games in terms of third party multiplatform sales then I guess you can stay content cause there will be a lot more of that on the way. Just don't be mad when something that isn't kid/party/family/indie doesn't get ported over.

Yes it was a port on PS4, its a port of a port on Switch. Typically the sales potential of a game becomes less each time it gets ported, that is normal/expected.
Switch has and is getting plenty of non-kid/party/family games so your point is moot.
