Wow the xbox version of crash outsold the Switch one. Did not expect that.

It's got a much bigger user base than Switch in the UK, so it would of been a bigger achievement if the Switch version outsold it. Although it was a difference of 250 copies so they practically sold a pretty even amount.

It'll come down to which version has the longest legs, which Switch has the bigger advantage in because of it's newer lower growing install base hasn't reached anywhere near it's endpoint yet.

I'm guessing that these numbers won't include digital as well?

As time goes on I'm buying less and less physical games for my Switch and gravitating to digital. That's just me but I wouldn't be surprised if it was a trend shared by other Switch owners.

It's true that the Xbox will have a chunk of it's sales via digital as well but I feel that the nature of the Switch lends itself to digital more than a dedicated home console - less things to carry about and potentially misplace...

Will be interesting if we get publisher numbers at some point that includes all sales. (again, assuming they're not included in these numbers).

Woof! So The Crew 2 bombed I guess.
Good debut for Crash, not too surprised the Xbox One version outsold the Switch version, it is the UK afterall. If the Xbox One version was gonna outsell the Switch version in any region it was gonna be the UK, I don't expect that anywhere else though.
Wolfenstein 2 has a decent debut for a port, not to sure about Ys8 though.I'm under the impression that it is niche so a low debut isn't suprising. How did the PS4 and Vita versions debut?

Also looking at the revenue chart Switch has more titles in the top 40 then even the PS4 (16 vs 13) which is pretty interesting.

Yup, i'm basically all digital now, I hate switching carts and I want all my games on me when I take it somewhere.

It seems like Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy is the fastest selling Switch title of 2018 in the UK

This year haven't seen a whole lot of big Switch titles so far, but outdoing Tropical Freeze, Hyrule Warriors and Mario Tennis is quite good I'd say.

Who knew Crash was the game the Switch needed. This should do really well on the console. Won't be surprised if they push for the Spyro games too

I don't know if anyone cares, but heres the chart for all of Europe:

And this one is for Physical + Digital except for games on Nintendo platforms and Bethesda games:

Pretty crazy that even without digital numbers, Switch makes up 9 of the top 20 for retail+digital this week.

Is it accurate though?

It comes from the same site the UK chart comes from so I think so.

Sorry for not including the link.

I see. Thanks for the link.

It is still pretty confusing to me, especially this

"Physical data includes all games, but only those sold in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland."

So why not include UK... with the data easily attainable.
