God of War sells 3.1m Copies in 3 Days, Fastest Selling PS4 Exclusive. this info is new.

Its impressive, but maybe Spiderman is so big too. Spiderman is known the world over, right? And it looks like a playable movie. Now.. i think: both have more than 10 million units lifetime. in the first month - maybe God of War wins, but its hard to say currently.

God of War is the fastest selling PS4 exclusive to date. So my bet is on the slightly less angry Spartan. In a death and sales battle. Anyways I am sure Spidey is going to sell very well. But 3 million units in 3 days is kind of rare. I wonder if Sony secretly made a deal with Marvel, about spider joining the avengers so that Sony was allowed to make this game or at least give the task to Insomniac. If so it seems to work out.

Despite the phenomenal sales figure of 3.1 mil in 3 days for GOW, I think the legs won't be as good as Spiderman.

Spiderman may not be faster selling in the beginning, but I think with the hype of the fans (Spidey and PS4) as well it's release date not being too far from the holiday and all the hype train from the MCU, I can see this game exceeding already high expectations.

There's a chance Spiderman will sell more, but I'm not sure. Both could be 10 million+ sellers.

Movie IP hardly ever turns out great. It would take a miracle for it to sell as well as something like GOTW Reboot.

After GoWs turbo start i highly doubt any (exclusive) game is able to top that.
