It's a pretty great game. It was a bit disappointing on the Wii U because it plays it pretty safe, and the Wii U was really in need of more ambitious title. But, when you already have games like BOTW and Odyssey on the system, people are more open to a comfort gaming experience. Also, oddly enough, the game makes much more sense on the Switch then the system it was designed for. The shoehorned gamepad features added pretty much nothing, but drop in drop out co-op makes all the sense in the world for a portable system with two controllers. I do miss miiverse though.

I honestly never got into miiverse at all. A while back I heard ABOUT it but never did anything with it. I am aware that a lot of people like it, but if you asked me what it was or how it functioned, I'd just shrug and shake my head.

Just a little twitter directly tied to Wii U. I don't necessarily like to broadcast how big of a gamer I am on a general social media platform, so it was cool to have one limited just to gaming. Didn't use it a crazy amount, but it was a fun little thing. Like a lot of things with the Wii U, it was an interesting feature that wasn't particularly fleshed out.

Panzer Dragoon II Remake coming later this year:

Super Mario 3D World and Bravely Default II are the 1-2 punch the Switch needed for me. I've been playing nonstop!

Anyone else playing Bravely Default II? Just going to cross the 10-hour mark and just started Chapter 1. I really like it, but I'll start with complaints first: I wish the voice acting was better and Gloria sounded younger (English), but it's not too much of a deal. Also, not a fan of how the story is unfolding, Elvis and Adelle appear out of nowhere and the implications of the different events make me... roll my eyes. But this is a JRPG so I'm all about that gameplay goodness. It's like your average classic RPG, with its bravely twist, it's incredibly good, I'm very satisfied with it, it's fun to beat the hell out of the weak regular enemies and carefully plan a strategy for boss battles.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Hmmmm ... now that the new trailer is less about quick cuts like it's announcement trailer, I don't know, the 3D looks a little blegh in places. Still stylized enough to not look completely ugly, but that meteor part is ehhh.

Bard absolutely breaks the game! I'm loving Bravely Default II so much...

Sniper Elite 4 is much better than I expected, like I'd genuinely put it in my top 15 Switch games.

The amount of freedom and depth to its mechanics, the satisfying shooting enhanced by gyro aiming, the excellent quality of the port, the way the levels are huge but still tightly constructed with virtually no wasted space...

Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new Switch game to play.

So is Crash 4 not getting a physical release in Europe or what? Not a single store here in Norway has it for pre-order. Not retail or online...

No More Heroes 1 and 2 getting physical releases.

Thank god for Limited Run Games.

Bowser's Fury is GOTY.

Also bummed out that NMH is through Limited Run, Marvelous and XSeed are perfectly capable of making a proper physical run of those games by themselves.
