Voted Mario Party, it really restored some of my faith in franchise. ND Cube's best effort yet. My friends and I had countless hours with fun it. Mario Tennis Aces was enjoyable too, The devs really nailed the Tennis gameplay this time around.

Kirby on the other hand was somehwat of a letdown compared to Robobot. For starters they shouldn't have charged full price for it. Same goes for Pokemon Lets Go.

Being patient for a new direct is hard.

Genesis 6 just had probably the best top 8 of any Smash tournament and really highlights how Smash as a spectator sport has an edge over many other games with all 3 games pulling in numbers and entertaining level of play. No matter your level of understanding of what's going on in the match it's easy to get drawn into the action and that's why the series is able to have its own grass roots events (Genesis, Pound, Summit etc...) that can rival large tournaments like Evo and CEO, no other series also has two games fully active competitively this series is something else.

Lol too bad kid your 20XX heroes got blown up by someone with simple good fundamentals and game knowledge maybe try implementing those two concepts yourselves otherwise stay salty.

Although not directly Nintendo related PG is no longer making Granblue Fantasy meaning their only known console projects right now are Bayonetta 3 and Babylon Fall.

Dang, Platinum has been fired a lot/had their games cancelled a lot recently.

Yeah same. I know they want to make a lot of money and be multi-platform but I think they might be focusing too much on too many projects. They only have 206 staff and while they probably do get extra help from their contractors, the fact that some of their biggest projects as of late have been cancelled or that they were taken of the dev team is pretty troubling. I think it really is most likely just being spread too thin. I don't see this as a reason to worry about Bayonetta 3 though, mind you. 

Hope Nintendo secures that open development slot.

Also, Diablo III has quietly become the next Skyrim. It didn't perform as well first week but it's sales numbers have been more consistent. It's sold 670k physical already. I knew that the game would be a lot bigger than people were making it out to be (I mean, Diablo III was a massive game when it launched and it seems like the perfect game for portable play) but hot damn. Selling that much in 9 weeks is crazy.

I've been interested in diablo 3 switch but I bought the 360 versions years ago and thought it sucked and honestly haven't been keeping up with how the game has evolved
