On itrackr.com it has the percentages of caonsoles avaible in US. Theres a 20% chance of finding a Wii. A 22% chance of finding a ELITE. A 81% chance for an 360 pro. Lastly a 95% of finding a PS3

This is why we need more than the last 5 recent threads in the forum section on the main page, either get rid of it from the main page and make it something like ign or have 20 or so at the bottom of the main page, threads are continuously repeating themselves

so you mean, based on this available info we could assume...the wii is selling the most, there was a very limited quantity of Elites yet we can still find them in 22% of stores (not good IMO) and the 360 is selling better than the PS3.

in canada ps3 is still sold out at 90% stores of bestbuy and futureshop.

In Calgary you can walk into pretty much any store and buy a PS3, some stores with smaller games section (Superstore, Zellers, etc.) will occasionally sell out of Priemium XBox 360 systems (and I haven't seen a core in a long time), and I haven't seen a Wii in a long time.

There is no way 360 premium is harder to find than a PS3, everywhere you go they're overflowing with them...

 I think it's more of a justification for a search function. I like that we have recent threads on the bottom. Perhaps we could add some more though...

x360 elite is also available( 15 online,over 100 in brick and mortar stores of FS).

You missed what I was saying so I'll rephrase ...

I haven't seen the PS3 out of stock anywhere I shop since (roughly) mid January, with how many are (probably) being shipped to how many are selling I expect any shortage would be short lived. With the XBox 360 I have seen it sold out at smaller stores which would only carry a handful of consoles at any given time and are unlikely to have daily restocking ... I haven't seen a core-console for a very long time and I expect that either Microsoft has discontinued them or retailers have stopped carrying them. On top of all of that Microsoft only shipped 500,000 console in the last Quarter which had lead me to belive that they're trying to eliminate the excessive supply of 90nm XBox 360 systems before they start production on 65nm XBox 360 systems ... Thus any shortages could be potentially caused by Microsoft.
