I've played the DS version. It's more than different enough to warrant a purchase of the PS3 version. It's like saying if you bought Sonic Colors on Wii don't bother with the DS version.

50k can be a success for someone like Compile Heart.

The 'Tales of' series was a massive success at ~600k domestic sales; but still seems to be doing alright at ~400k.  I'm assuming this would be in the same ballpark as those kind of figures.


Yup, as long as there is right expectation that leads to the right production cost then the game will make money and that equals success.

We have seen million game sellers that has been considered disappointing because of unrealistic expectation that led to over production cost.
