I don't know a whole lot about the software you are using to run this board, but an "ignore user" function would be nice.  There are a handful of users that are phenomenally annoying -- posting nothing of value other than flamebait -- that I would love to just "skip over" when reading topics of interest.  Rather than try to police idiotic posting it would be easier to allow users to do it themselves... 

It's home brew software, custom made for this site, and no there is no ignore feature. :D

(see if you ignored me already, you wouldnt have gotten that useful reply, since none of the nintendo team seems to know things like this, or at least help other people)

I admit that I'd love it if this forum had one.  I think things would run a lot smoother if some posters had the option to ignore others.

 Have I given you the impression that I'm on the nintendo team for some reason?  I'm not happy in the least about the nintendo's decision to put such horrendous hardware in the Wii.  I don't own one for that very reason.  I'm living my ps2 and cube until either the 360 or ps3 hits the 299 mark.  I don't really care which as I ultimately see most every major game going multi platform anyway.

The nintendo guys that have been here almost as long as me, or some, even longer... had been posting everywhere, and anywhere but in this thread to help you.

I read the first scentance before I started reading this. I never meant you were a nintendo guy. I was just meaning Other than about 2 x-bots and me, everyone else are nintenboys. Talking about people that have been here for quite some time. There are quite a few sony guys that have been around for a long time, but they tend to spend most of their time playing games, and not posting. (I have half of them on my friends list on the PSN and I can see what they all do, all day, every day. I have roughly 10 people on my friends list, and it is VERY usual to find less than 3 on at any time.)

Basically I'm saying, all the regulars that would know the answer to your question are Wii guys, or x-bots. And then me. The family troll. *rawr*

kn - I would put the PS3 at the sweet-point at 399$. I say that because of what it can do. It has great sound, video, and everything else. And if your good, you install linux, and an emulator, and you download a 10gb file containing every NES, SNES, GB, GBA, and I think N64 game ever made. Put all that on an external HDD, and there you have it. Every nintendo game except GameCube, DS, and Wii games on your PS3... for free.

(I wont show you where to find these, I wont tell you. I dont do this myself, but it can be done)
