and many other sites as well.... Just google wii news.

"On Ryan Payton's Kojima Productions podcast, he dishes on how Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima played the upcoming Super Smash Bros. Brawl at creator Masahiro Sakurai's Tokyo studio. According to Payton, Kojima said that:

The game already feels very complete, it's already a lot of fun and that you guys (Sakurai's studio) could put it out now, and it would sell millions of copies.

Kojima was playing as Snake, Sakurai was playing as Mario. Yet, Kojima humorously admitted that he wasn't able to punch of kick the character he's grown up with, Mario — Out of respect. Click over to listen to the rest and hear about MPO Europe extras and about Kojima and Ken Imaizumi (above) playing Guitar Hero.

Sounds like SSBB is shaping up to be an awesome fighting game, any surprise?

omg I'm amazed. I thought it would suck.

/end scarcasm.

This is actually my most anticipated game for the Wii besides Harvest Moon.

I remember the revelation of Snake being in the game was the first E3 (or near E3) surprise that people went "ALL RIGHT!" over, instead of "WTF are they thinking?", as with the price of the PS3 and announcement of the Wii's name (which is why I clarified about being near E3).

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

Is there any information about the controls? I mean, have they been able to pull decent Wiimote control system or do you need GC/classic controller to play? Melee was quite a nice game, although the adventure part seemed a bit rushed. Btw. how many of you got to play against Giga Bowser in Melee?

Finally we hear about some hands on with Brawl......*reads article* that's it, what? It's just a tease, no talk about the actual playing. Yulegoat I'm pretty sure they said a long time ago that the gc/classic controllers would be the main control schemes used.

Anyone else think Kojima is a little (if not quite a bit) overrated?

So I have to buy *MORE* controllers for the Wii... You have GOT to be kidding me.

I think that the game will use the 3 controllers(Wiimote-Nunchuck, GC controller and classc controller).

Melee was a very good game though.

They must dumb the game down since the GameCube version if their gonna use nunchuck-wiimote combo... Becuase on the GameCube it used 6 or 7 buttons. The Wiimote-nunchuck combo has 4.

I hope they dont dumb the game down becuase of the lack of buttons, I would rather buy 4 *more* controllers for the damn thing, than the game be dumbed down.
