No, Vita was released after christmas and as far as I know Sony does not fake supply constraints. WiiU releases just in time for christmas, profits are quaranteed with just that.

Anyway I don't think lines will be as bad as previous generations. So many people preorder now that there is little reason to camp for weaks.

I thought the thread title was talking about a one liner for the console, like the Wii had (can't remember it off hand). I'm glad I pre-ordered, like I always do, cause 1) I'm not going to get ripped off by the 'make a quick buck crowd' and 2) I don't have to stand in the cold for a week.

I camped outside for my Wii. You meet the strangest but coolest ppl when out all night.
I won't do it again though. I'll just either pre-order my Wii U or wait until after the holidays when they restock.

But yeah, will their be lines. Maybe. I hope so. Like I said, do it at least once. It's fun.
