And the PS3/360 seem about 10k too high IMO

Sales will most like be down in the hardware area again. NPD are even providing hardware numbers anymore. We have to wait and hope Sony, Nintendo and Sony announces their numbers. Why do we even care about NPD anymore?

OT: NOD asked that their subscribers don't provide numbers to media, Pachter being one of them (and maybe he first they asked to stop providing numbers). But there'll always be leaks, it'll just take a bit longer than usual.
