Why would FF7R part 1 make much of a difference? Ps4 is a dying platform in Japan and even without that, pre orders aren't looking too hot.

It won't bring it back to holiday levels but we might get 10k to 15k for a week or two.

But that's just it. Those numbers still qualify as a rough patch.
