Counting as singular: SwordShield would currently be 7th
Counting the double pack as x2: SwordShield would be 5th, tied with MK8D

Boutros' charts have always counted Pokemon double packs as one point per pack, as far back as I remember. Arguments were had, but that's what was settled on.
