Nope.  MS has stated on more than one occasion that gamepass, Xcloud is the future.  MS will be pushing to make both very successful and since Xcloud and gamepass really go very well together it make sense that MS would want them on as many platforms as possible.  Would you consider this any different from Google Standia.  Do you believe Google cares if you use their could service on Xbox, PS or Nintendo system, No.  From interviews, it seems MS is already trying to get away from the console wars and move into new territory.  That territory is where content is king and the hardware can be considered like a PC where any vendor can create the hardware to run it.

The problem is the "Has no futher plans to bring first party games to other platforms" statement from a few days ago.

If they want to go 3rd party just be truthfull and admit it, which seemingly this "our future goal is gamepass on all platforms" kinda is.
You know the only reason they re trying not to say that, currently is because they wish to sell you a Xbox Two, as a place to play Xbox exclusives.

Imagine if mid gen, the PS5 gets gamepass?
At that point, was the purpose of owning a xbox two?

Your first paragraph is a near term strategy.  Mean at this point in time, there isn't any other first party games they see going to another platform.  That can easily change with any new game or content depending on their strategy.

If MS wants to go 3rd party, they will let everyone know when they are ready.  It would be silly to pronounce a third party strategy if you do not have all the tools, marketing, software, partnerships etc in place first.  Why would a business even make such a statement until they have everything lined up first.  Also, who says they are going a 3rd party strategy.  MS could easily just have XCloud be on everything besides PS system.  The full details probably isn't even close to being a reality any time soon so why don't we sit back and relax.

I am sure MS would want XCloud be something like Netflix, where you cannot purchase any media device without having the option of it already installed and ready to stream games.  That is probably not going to happen in the next gen or if it does it probably will be late but who knows.  Things can change.
