I went to watch aladin.... it was so damn weak, compaired to the old cartoon version. Thats ontop of what they did to Star Wars (its gone crap after disney took over) |
Um, did you see Star Wars before Disney bought it? It wasn't exactly smelling pretty.
The only stories coming out of it in about half a decade or so that didn't manage to infuriate a majority of the fanbase were the ones with Cade Skywalker about a century into the future of the series.
They lost a lot of good stuff sure, but plenty of dung, especially recent dung. Jacen Solo < Ben Solo, trust me.
Angelus said: Btw, for those saying this is all Sony's fault, and they're stupid to let this happen..... "Disney asked that future Spider-Man films be a 50/50 co-financing arrangement between the studios, and there were discussions that this might extend to other films in the Spider-Man universe" Sony would have been pretty weak to roll over on a demand like that. Disney already throws it's weight around enough in Hollywood as it is. |
AAANNNDD a sense of not letting Sony just walk around with the Marvel brand willy nilly was a good idea why?
Ignore Spiderverse for a moment, and remember the rest of the output. I like the Amazing series well enough, but intervention was needed.
Pretty sure Venom was the superhero equiv of a Bay Transformer film.
Also lest we forget: Emoji Movie.
The Democratic Nintendo fan....is that a paradox? I'm fond of one of the more conservative companies in the industry, but I vote Liberally and view myself that way 90% of the time?
