As reported on by deadline, Kevin Feige will no longer be producing anymore Spider-Man movies after no deal could be made between Sony and Disney. Now any future produced Spider-Man movies, whether they star Tom Holland or not, will not be related or set within the MCU and will be made entirely by Sony.
Update#1: Apparently the talks might actually still be ongoing according to some other websites and people like Jeremy Conrad:
Deadline might have jumped the gun on the #SpiderMan news. Lots of sources both publicly and privately are saying it could be saved. Hearing multiple people say to be patient as it isn’t over yet. pic.twitter.com/Jxry1LbKQZ

Update#2: It's official, no more MCU Spidey. Sony has now offered an official statement on the situation.

Much of today’s news about Spider-Man has mischaracterized recent discussions about Kevin Feige’s involvement in the franchise. We are disappointed, but respect Disney’s decision not to have him continue as a lead producer of our next live action Spider-Man film. (1/3)

We hope this might change in the future, but understand that the many new responsibilities that Disney has given him – including all their newly added Marvel properties – do not allow time for him to work on IP they do not own. (2/3)

Kevin is terrific and we are grateful for his help and guidance and appreciate the path he has helped put us on, which we will continue. (3/3)
