Kellems left in March 2017 a month after Scalebound was cancelled so that's almost 2 years ago, this guy wouldn't have even known about Astral Chains let alone any recent attempt to revive Scalebound which insiders say they began hearing about around June last year which is over a year after he left. As he said himself he hasn't talked to anyone at PG since he left so it's hardly anything against the rumour.
