Agree with that but they are nothing compared to apple and minor upgrades they provide so frequently.  Sickens me how many people upgrade or buy a new one so soon!  It's a good business model to be fair. 

As they say, a new sucker is born everyday... I also can't understand why would anyone buy one iPhone every 6 months or any of the yearly iterations games (buy once or twice a gen ok, but all of them? Crazy thing)...

But as a company you sell what the customer wants to buy and if they don't want you convince them with marketing or launch a different product... so yes sometimes the fault is on the customer.
